Rounds 1-3

Thankfully that vote went well and Andrew stuck around pretty convincingly, which was nice and all that. I still think Suzette's a traitorous bitch who went and hid from AIM after using the Veto, and I still want her and Talla to be gone to where the only thing I kinda want more is for Canada to win that week of safety so I'm not potentially worried about the thought of getting evicted on my birthday. I'm admittedly not too much of a fan of this whole twist as it is (as I hilariously think I listed it as something I hoped didn't happen on my application) since I had gotten things setup in such a way that I'd be sitting pretty for at least the first 4 or 5 rounds without having to worry and without there being much chance of me going up or any real reason for it to be the case. Now, with how things are, I'm almost guaranteed to be nominated if we lose and Andrew or I don't win HOH.

I thought Alec was going to be calm and a good sport about going and it looked like he was about to before he got all salty and threw out some comments about some all-female alliance. Now, I don't know if there's actually been any talk of that, and I think he might well wind up saying it whether there was or not, but the very concept of something sexist and derogatory like that, especially when I'm pretty sure at least half the 'girls' in this game are legitimately guys anyway and would just be gender traitors for going "let's take out the guys, because they're guys!".

Now, sure I heard there were all-guy alliances in the first 2 seasons of this series, but that's not MY fault, and if a situation comes where I'm forced to make one out of self-defense, that's not my fault either. Truthfully, I could probably send Estelle to go check out if anything comes up and explain she'd "be on the bottom of an all-girls alliance like I'd be on the bottom of an all-guys allince" even if that statement wouldn't necessarily be true. Whatever though, I'm not going to change the basis of my entire game over some pro-misandry rumour said by someone who left, and I'm going to stick with the people that have helped keep me off the block.

2. Which houseguest do you trust the most?
3. Who would you target if you were HOH? Why?

Hello, sir Kevin! As I was pretty busy yesterday, I shall take the time to answer this now.


1. Which houseguests do you feel closest to?

- I feel the most close to Andrew and to Estelle. Andrew's my partner in crime in things, and with Estelle we've been exchanging info on things we've heard and been wanting to work together since the game started. I also trust Liza to an extent, but I think if things went south and people came after me, she'd go with that flow to save herself instead of trying to risk helping me. As well, I get along with Rory and Ryan, but I feel like how well I can trust them (or Greg even) depends more on the situation.


2. Which houseguest do you trust the most?

- It's definitely a toss up between Andrew and Estelle, partly for the reasons I've stated above. Andrew reminds me of me in a lot of ways, and is 'that true ally you stick with' so to speak. And well, if I was him, I'd trust me, just as I think if he was me, he'd trust him, or whatever way that makes sense. With Estelle, she's helped me out of some things and helped me figure some stuff out when she really didn't need to.


3. Who would you target if you were HOH? Why?

- While this seems kind of moot being Co-HOH, if I was solo HOH, I'd probably put up Dixie/Suzette, and see about targeting one of Suzette, Talla, Dixie, or possibly Greg, depending on how things went. Of course, while I don't want to see 3 guys go in 3 back to back rounds just based on principle of percentages, security, history, and general concept, solely picking off Canadians while the Aussies are all around has the very same risk. Pretty much, I'll have to take a chance with some people no matter which way I go about it, and I want to look at long term benefit over potential short term reward.

Holy hell, the past few days just got even better and it's so refreshing to have so much potential control and power this week. And to make things better, having it happen when we're one house, means things can pan out a lot more ways. Like sure, I may have said I wanted the twist to end, but I certainly would have been okay with the twist keeping on for a round and getting the round of safety or HOH that way. That being said, it's good knowing almost 100% (barring another twist) that myself, and my closest allies are safe this week, especially since it's a double eviction. Everybody got put into pairs so there's me/Andrew, Suzette/Brigitte, Talla/Rory, Estelle/Liza, Greg/Ryan, and Dixie/Krystal. We figured we'd do something where we "make it so each of us gets to name a nominee since most people would do that" too. Andrew and I pretty much went over them for a while, but my thoughts on the other pairs and the thought of them going up is pretty much this:

Dixie/Krystal: I have little connection to this pair one way or the other. However, I sometimes get the impression from Andrew that he can control Krystal and Dixie isn't really much of a social threat since she's NEVER once been on AIM for me, so it might be a wasted spot.

Liza/Estelle: Pretty much, we looked at this duo and agreed in seconds they'd be safe in every scenario where we could control it. That's pretty awesome that he agreed to that since Estelle's my girl, and Liza didn't nominate me last round even though she could have.

Greg/Ryan: Greg worries me a little, but I don't necessarily feel all that worried about Ryan. Though, Andrew's really concerned about them and sees them as a sure-fire way to get an Aussie out and make some decent long term, non-risky progress so I'm pretty sure Andrew's nominating them.

Talla/Rory: Talla worries me, but Rory's someone I think might work with me. I'm not sure on nominating them outright, but it might be decent to think about it if a Veto gets used.

Suzette/Brigitte: Pretty much, if I was HOH and this twist wasn't around, Suzette would be going up anyway. While the temptation of getting Talla and Suzette out is strong, it might not be super smart now. Putting Suzette and Brigitte up is 99.9% what I'm going to do since it just makes sense, is easily justifiable with Suzette disappearing since she use the Veto, has the chance of 2 Aussies going, and potentially knocks a girl that might at some point try to start an all-"female" (since in ORGs it's not uncommon for girls to really be guys) alliance. So...it just seems beneficial at this point.

Well, uh...damn Andrew, thank you for making me look like the good guy in all of this and responding to Ryan in a way that you probably knew you shouldn't, but had it bug you to where you felt you couldn't say nothing. Like, I know you're like my bro in here, but my Nominations are coming across as "oh yeah, that makes sense, fair enough", and people seem surprised/upset by yours. I even owe you a thanks for saying I could tell Ryan that you were putting him and Greg up and for reminding me to make sure it comes across as me saying Ryan/Greg going up was your call. This could actually work out.

I seriously have been shaking my head at how the past 24 hours have been. I know I said that I was glad Andrew was taking the rap from Ryan about putting him up, but the whole Nominations thread has just become completely ridiculous. Andrew and Ryan are trying to lob fucking bombs at each other, and Brigitte took a pot shot at Liza that got them into it. Andrew and Ryan are at it, even though I talked to both of them trying to play peacemaker, and even after talking to Liza about everyone needing to be on the same page, and Brigitte with both of us agreeing the thread was getting bad.

What makes this worse is that Liza told me Suzette came to her asking her to join the alliance that existed with her, Talla, Krystal, and Dixie, which Liza figures is a pre-game. Now, the obvious thing to notice about that is that hey, it's an all-girls thing which I don't have time to let manifest itself, so I have to make sure people keep alliances based on personality and not gender. And I think if Estelle hears they didn't want her in it, she'll be inclined to vote to do something about it, assuming the right people win Veto. There's also the chance that Liza might just be playing the game and trying to get something started, but either way, there's some positive benefits to be had here...assuming I can manage to get everyone to stop trying to rip each other's heads off and actually play nice for long enough to accomplish something.

So Liza and Estelle win the Power of Veto and I go to work talking to Ryan and Andrew individually trying to get them to play nice with each other, but neither of them were budging. Andrew kept saying how much he still wanted Ryan out and wouldn't support Veto-ing him for the greater good of the group, which completely sucked ass. To make things worse, I talked to Ryan and he pretty much was like "nah, I'm not going to lie about being able to put things with Andrew behind me so that I could get Veto'd" and was like "no, I still want him out". When he said that I was like "Wait...waitwaitwait, what?" and just facepalmed. It's just he didn't even want to be saved.

With that being the case, Lizer and Stella didn't use the Veto, and it got revealed that everyone except for the HOH votes, and votes as individuals. That means the nominees make a vote between the other two nominees for who goes, and that's when shit started to get crazy. There's votes flying around of Suzette saying she has Greg's vote, Greg thinking making having Suzette go, Rory wanting Brigitte out over some Brigitte/Ryan showmance even though she'd be powerless on her own, Brigitte telling Greg if Ryan hadn't freaked out, that he'd have no chance of staying, to even Liza at one point considering the idea of keeping Suzette. Not to mention having no idea what Dixie and Krystal will do. I just know that with all these different plans and vote things flying around, Liza and I were all like, trying to pick our spots without hitting any potential allies. Sort of just like poking our heads up to be like "here it goes again"




I just know that if I wind up having to say "I told you so", I want it to be in time and for my allies and I to be here for me to say it to.

Long story short, I fucking told people this would happen, and kept explaining it to Andrew again and again, but his stubborn ass wouldn't believe me. Hell, and Rory being so damn indecisive that at least one person switched their vote not knowing if we had him or not. And then Rory goes up to me and tells me "Eviction's up" as a response to "so who'd you vote?". I'm like "way to avoid the question, you pussy". Then Andrew comes up to me all "ho hum, that's kinda shitty", and I'm thinking "this is YOUR FAULT, and you're all calm despite being the reason all of us, including you, are fucked now? Of course, he SAYS he's upset but just doesn't show it, but how upset can you really be if you're just "oh well". If he'd just listened to me and put up Dixie/Krystal and calmed down about Ryan we would've been fine and it would've gone golden. Hell, if he'd agreed to have Liza/Estelle Veto Greg/Ryan, and if Ryan had actually been smart enough to take the damn deal I offered him, it would've worked out amazing.

I was respectful of his choice since he technically did better in HOH and it was his week, but I was HOH too, and if we survive this week and I wind up being HOH again, I'm NOT going to let him try and talk me out of doing something just because he is butthurt and doesn't like one of the people I might be keeping, or liked one of the people I'm putting up. And if he wins HOH again down the line, I'm going to be on him every waking hour of every goddamn day reminding him of what happened the last time he didn't listen to me, until it gets through his thick skull. Ugh...
